Travel Grants

L’AINI è lieta di favorire la partecipazione dei propri Soci Giovani, primo autore di un abstract sottomesso ed accettato ad incontri internazionali relativi alla Neuroimmunologia o ad argomenti correlati, e di contribuire all’organizzazione di corsi mediante l’assegnazione di Travel Grants.

CANDIDATURE SPONTANEE

Si invitano tutti gli interessati a compilare il modulo di richiesta seguendo le istruzioni in esso contenute da inviare via e-mail alla segreteria AINI all’indirizzo aini@eemservices.com non più tardi di 3 mesi prima dell’evento al quale si intende partecipare.

 

Verrà assegnato un solo Travel Grant all’anno per Socio richiedente.

 

L’importo sarà devoluto al ritorno dall’evento dietro presentazione di un breve resoconto scientifico dell’incontro e del relativo attestato di partecipazione da inviare via e-mail alla segreteria AINI all’indirizzo aini@aini.it

Apply for a Grant for the XXIX AINI Congress 2021

AINI has issued a generous number of Travel Grants in various categories

 

1. YOUNG AINI MEMBERS’ GRANT

 

will cover registration fee, accommodation (3 nights in a shared room) and an allowance for travel expenses.

To be eligible, you have to:

 

  1. be a PhD. Student, or post.doc
  2. born after January 1, 1989
  3. be a Young AINI Member or AINI Member New Applicant
  4. have registered for the congress with the category “AINI Grant Applicant“*;
  5. be the first, second or last author and the presenting one of a submitted abstract

  1. A motivation letter describing your commitment to neuroimmunology briefly and why you should be given a grant;
  2. A recommendation letter from your PI

2. AINI GRANT FOR STUDENTS SPECIALIZING IN NEUROLOGY

 

will cover the registration fee and accommodation (3 nights in a shared room).

 

In addition to Travel Grants for young researchers (submitting an abstract to the Congress), AINI will issue travel grants for postgraduate students – MD and MSc – enrolled in specialization courses (i.e. neurology, clinical pathology and clinical biochemistry,…). Applicants should state the specialization course and briefly motivate their interests in the neuroimmunology field of research.

  2. A recommendation letter from your mentor
  3. Certificate of registration to the specialization
PLEASE NOTE!!!

Applications are subject to approval by the Steering Committee.

 

The organizing secretariat will provide the hotel accommodation.

 

The amount of travel allowance varies.
